Gas Grades

Just wondering if I get headers for my car, would i be able to still use the 87octane gas or do i have to go 89? 91?

Don'y worry, low octane fuel is fine. The only reason you would need to go high octane is if you had turbo charger on your Tiburon, or if you were using nitrous. But you aren't, so you'll be just fine. And you'll save quite a few bucks.

Unless you are going to a stage 3 or 4 NA or FI setup, the is no reason to go to higher octane. Higher octane increases to point of detonation in the AF mixture.
