My car problems

[color=black]From day one when I purchased my car and I am having problems with it , the balance the glass whashers the transaction (gear broke down on 20,000 Km) the A/c a knocking sound coming out from the engine, the car is been checked through the agency garaged and been verified to all the problems a very big file in less then 9 months. what should I do with the agency that sold me that car where they don't want to change it with another car they gave me choiced which are unacceptable , first is to fix the car , second is to value it and let me pay the difference though if my car was working properly I won't even think of selling it what should I do in this situation make a case against them in the court would appreciate to know the rules though I know that if something go wrong and the problem is a mistake from the factory you should be compensated with in new brand car with out benefits. please let me know thanks .
