voyager/caravan instrument cluster circuit board

Could anyone help me by telling me where I might find a reconditioned or working used instrument cluster circuit board for a 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager OR what kind of place can repair (rather than replace) these things?

I've tried many used auto parts sites with no luck and the dealer charges a small fortune for a new one.

I wouldn't mind getting it repaired since all the forum information I've found leads me to believe that it's just a matter of re-soldering some of the connections. This repair is beyond my skill set but SOMEone ought to be able to do it. Does anyone know what KIND of a shop might be able to?

Or a used parts place that has these things?

Spaulding Auto Parts in Spokane, Washington had 7 of them yesterday for the 2001 Caravans. Just picked one up for my wifes minihippiewagon.

100 bucks.
