Cable throttle linkage in a 72 dime

Hi,
I am putting in a dual-sidedraft carb setup in my 1972 Datsun 510 and I need to put in a cable type throttle linkage. I was looking for advice on how to put a cable type gas pedal in my car.
What donor vehicle should I take the pedal out of in the junkyard?
What kind of modification will be required to complete the conversion?

I'm looking for the advice of someone who has done this proceedure before so that I can do it with as little trouble as possible.

I found the answer to my question elsewhere, but because some other members looked at this thread, but didn't respond, I thought that you might want to know how to do it.
The way I did it was using a pedal and cable out of a 81 200sx (80-83 is good) that I got at the junkyard for $11.81. The pedal is about the same shape as the stock one and bolts on to the same place on the firewall. The cable goes through the same hole in the firewall that the stock rods used to.
This pedal assebmbly fit with no modifications to the assembly and one hole drilled on the car. It was nearly a perfect fit. The installation took about 30-45 min.
