umm....i don't really get this, is it real or not, just taking the piss outa people with tourettes ? im not sure i understand the humour of this at all. it really confuses me.
sorry, but i cant understand deriving humour from people who suffer such conditions, and when people laugh at mentally-retarded people in wheelchairs and such, we're all created equal, lets treat each other that way. sorry for the rant, it wasn't aimed at you guys.

i know its fake, but he's takin the piss, some on the forum there say its to "help other get in touch with it to understand it" but it really hurts me to see people get pleasure from other's medican conditions and misfortune.
