Exam in 2 hours, should i study?

Well I've got my first exam in just over 2hours, should i start studing?

So what are peoples views on exams?
My exams at the moment don't count towards my end of year bursary (final year of college/highschool) mark, so should i do much study for them?

If you haven’t studied before now, I would say it's a bit too late to start now. I wouldn’t suggest trying to cram it all in in 2 hours, you’ll just have too much swimming around in your head to make sense of anything.

If you don't know it by now, chances are you won't know it for the test. That's my opinion. I do some reviewing for exams but nothing the night before. I just relax the nite before and it makes all the difference. :flash:

I'm talking about exams, the large sweeping tests and am assuming that you paid attention to at least some degree during the year and understood it. If you don't know it and never did know it, cramming can do some good. I have taken tests where I studied just moments before and it helped, but for the most part, I try to distance studying from the exam by at least a day. It's much more helpful for me that way. I lose crammed stuff really, really quickly...

Well that exams over, so now i have to study for the next 4 I have.

They are only half a years work, so i'm not studing hard. But the amount of study I do is quite interesting. Other years I don't even bother revising and I get 80% or above no problem (i can't help it, i'm just like that).

Woah, woah, woah are you 6th or 7th form, if you are 7th form, those exams don't count for shit, but a bit of study is required, but 6th form Certificate is internally assesed, so study is like essential............Damn I hate 6th form, but I got a week till exams so I still have a chance

I'm 7th form!!

I've already had to put up with the 6th form shit.

5th Form was fun, i slacked the whole year, did alittle study at the end and got 4A's.
6th form on the other hand sucks, you have to work hard out all year. You also get no practice exams, which sucks. The only advantage to 6th form is when it gets to the end of the year you can slack off, and laugh at the 7ths who are studing hard out.

Though I'm glad I got through the NZ schooling system without having to do all this new NCEA stuff. Its bloodly useless, I did some of the trial tests and they were seriously messed up.

So Moss106GTi, what subjects do you do at school this year?

Hmm I did two of those subjects last year

Chemistry and English.
My maths was combined with physics, to make it extra hard.

I wouldn't of done english except we had to in 6th form. So all through the year i tormented me teacher

Chemistry was good for half the year, as i sat by myself and got too sleep. But then this Russian Immigrant sat next to me, and he was REALLY sweaty.

anyway i don't know what the point i'm making in this message is, so i'm ending it.
