Trecel '99 Headlights relay problem

Hi there,

I have a headlight problem on my Tercel and I believe it's comming from the dimmer relay. The problem, maybe trivial, is... how do I pull it out from its box? Do I need some special tools? It looks hooked in place by some plastic latches and there's very small room around.
