In Progress Pimped Caprice

While I was digging out the 94 Impala from the wardrobe I also decided to blow the dust of this one a make a start. It's the old (1993)Revell snaptite police car but I thought I'd pimp it - only got as far as spraying the candy magenta and clear but here's how it looks at the moment. Future plans are to dump it in the weeds & add Aoshima 20" Bersaglio Spoke III rims .

Thanks for looking
Andy

Nice color man! I love that ride! What color are you going to paint for interior? I'm looking forward to more progress of that ride. Nice!

Just a quick couple of pics
I'm undecided wether to use the Aoshima rims I originally thought of

but now I'm leaning towards these Hoppin Hydros as they seem to fit the pimped theme better .

Thanks for looking

Can't say I like the whole "gangsta" thing... but at least it's on a '92... nice colour though.

I think the first set of rims are better (more realistic). The second set is too big and reminds me of a dub city car

Hoppin Hydro wheels always look better, go for it man. If yo uwanted a realistic model you wouldn't start with a snaptite, so hit it up!

Nice car! I like that paint. I'd put the Bersaglio on it, the Hoppin' Hydro wheels seem too big to me.

Bit more progress on this one - paint's been polished out, window trim sprayed satin black & BMF added to the trim - I've also dug out another set of rims which will be the ones I'll be going with - and yes I know they're too big (it's only a model after all)

Thanks for looking
Cheers
Andy
