99 ford escort dies when it gets hot,no check engine light on.

when the escort gets hot it starts to die its a 99 ford escort 2.0, we just changed the head ,injectors,radiator, about 10.000 miles ago, it started about 3000 miles ago any help will be greatly appreciated.

Try changing the Idle air control valve. and cleaning the carbon out of the throttle body. Also look for a broken vacuum hose going to or from the intake. Exsp. the pcv valve and hose might be collapsed. Also perform a fuel pressure test, your pump may be failing.
