sunroof wont close all the way

occasionally my sunroof will decide to not close all the way. this is huge especially since it rains in the summer in florida almost every day. has anyone else heard of this problem and would they know how to fix it?

I had a problem with my sunroof not opening. The seal was sticking and not letting it come down and seal. On occasion after closing it the seal would be sticking up too. I was wondering if this might be ur problem too. I kept Using Black Magic rubber and vinyl dressing. I was spraying it on my fingers and rubbing it liberally on the seal. After doing this about 10 times the seal softened up and the roof works normally now.

Also, I have noticed the sunroof sits lower when it is closed then when it was new. It doesnt leak or anything. Wondering if u have seen this.
