alot of moisture

i have a96 s10 blazer with what seems to be alot of moisture dripping from front pass side without the air on just normal vents open it is not collant but water moisture this is my first blazer is it normal to have moisture like that without the air on? thank you

It's not normal for any mositure to enter the cabin of a vehicle. You might want to check the evaporator drian and make sure its not clogged up. Does this mositure have any color to it? You can also do a pressure test on the cooling system to confirm that the heater core is not leaking.

no it is diffenently water and its coming from the outside underneath like the ac does on a hot day but ac is not on only vents are turned on, on dash control thank you

The ac compressor runs when you are using the bi-level vents. If you are using the bi-level vent try using just the upper or lower vent if see if this stops. If it does them it is definately coming from the evaporator.
