Go with a Talon conversion and get the halo spoiler. Looks sweet. That's something you never see, a Eclipse -> Talon conversion. If my next car is an Eclipse, Ill make it a Talon. Promise

i have a talon 95 fwd non turbo i was wondering what i have to do to the 420a engine to make that turbo work so i dont blow my engine out?

Not the place for this. Search the site, there are hundreds of threads on turboing the 420A.
