What's the best way to...

Hi Enthusiast,

I'm about to remove and install a front bumper on a 1966 Thunderbird. Has anyone gone through this and what's the best way to go about it? I'm guessing I have to remove the valance and possibly the grill too. Ugh! Any pointers are greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Tom from Long Island

Spray the nuts with PB Blaster a few times starting the day before you plan on removing the bumper to help in their removal.

Thanks. It helped alot. I didn't have to remove the shrouding, but I did have to cut the bolts that had "x" heads (Like Phillip's head). Other than that, it wasn't awful.
