Power locks

How does one know if their car was to have the remotes for opening the power locks?

hmmm...i was under the impression that they all had them. Might be wrong though. Try going to a mitsu dealer and just tell them you lost yours and need another. see what they say. theres gotta be something they do to find what frequency it is.

Keyless entry wasnt available till 93. You can take off the drivers side rear speaker cover to see if you have the reciever if you arent sure.

Just an FYI that info on where to get a remote is old as dirt. The remotes are ~$120 new from teh dealer. Dave57 on 3si has a write up of what remotes work with what years and how to program them as well.
