Unhappy Chip Flasher Help?

I was just wondering if anyone knew where i could find a way to flash my chip or get a performance chip for my sxt to increase the gas mileage/boost performance. I've been searching the net, but i can't find anything specifically for neons. Any help is appreciated.

There is no such thing that you are asking for. The closest thing would be the "Jet Chip", which in my opinion is crap. You have to do all the mod's to your car that you want, then send them your PCM/ECU and have them "flash" it. It's a waste of time and money. The best thing you can do is get an AF/X computer from Howell Automotive. Here is a link to their website showing the prices and variations of the PCM. This is assuming you have a 2002!
