dash light replacment

I need to replace a burned out lamp behind the thermostat adjust knob on the center dash panel, but I have no idea how to get to it. Has anyone changed this before and know how?

damn man...that sucks. Maybe you could try pulling out the gauge cluster and reaching behind from there? just a thought...
