Van won't start

I am wondering if anyone could help me with a electrical I think problem with my 98 Dodge Caravan?

first thing to try would be to pull the battery connections and thoroughly clean them with a toothbrush and a mixture of water and baking soda . These vans are very picky about poor connections. Did not give us much to go on , what happens when you turn the key ???
