Car Parts Wholesale or Custom Spoiler?

one of those sites Z28 spoiler-Part Number: C611106 or Go to spoilers Is this thing defective? if not, why is it 100 dollars cheaper than anything I've seen so far. Also, I was considering getting a fiberglass shop to build one custom, so It fits 2 of the drill holes that are already there. Does anyone know how much that might cost or should I just fill in the holes? If you could, what wing or spoiler would you put on a third gen? wings on F1, spoilers in nascar.  I'd put this kind of wing/spoiler on any 3rd gen Camaro because some Z28s came with it.. any other spoiler/wing that is aftermarket=ghey..
