Anything with a tread wear ratting less than about 80 should be really really good. The lower the number, the softer the compound the better the tyre. But also the shorter the life. (note, that this does not apply to some some Silca base tyres) and is really only a rough guide for tyres that are sold as being semi race.

The Azenis are about $220 for 15's. If you want prices...best thing to do is email Australia's Best, which I've been doing....they are pretty good with their email responses

go to www.tyres.com

azenis are very low end semi slicks... they don't hold up TOO much better than fm901's.
if you want semi slicks they say bridgestone re540s are among the best on the market.

azenis don't hold up anywhere near aswell as re540s on wakefield at least. u can go grap 15" azenis for around 160-180... re540s maybe 240 or so...
they are a better compound for track use.

the other one is some dunlop tyre.... d1 88s or something weird like that.

I got Michelin Pilot SX and they are SHIT....when I bought it it had 2 dunlop and 2 yokos and even in their stuffed state they were alot better than these.

I put Michelins on the Mini as well and wasnt impressed.

Neither were cheap tyres.

Goodbye Michelin next time im going Pirelli (stuff logic i just love them)
