Help!!! Galant will not start...

I have a 93 Mitsubishi Galant that I have been having problems with for the past couple of months. At first I had a hard time starting it when it was cold and I would have to turn the key to on and let it sit for about 5 min before it would start. I changed the spark plugs and distributor cap and rotor and it started fine but of course it was still warm. I took off the fuel pressure regulator to check it and when I put it back on it wouldn't start at all. Any help would be appreciated.

Okay tonight I did some more testing.. getting fuel (took both intake and return hoses off and fuel going and coming)... tried spraying starter fluid in TB while cranking, no luck. Checked for fire, I am not getting any spark in most cases and in some very very small can barely see anything. Does anyone have any suggestions? I replaced the distributor and rotor about a week ago but the car started fine after that and ran fine for a day or two except for the original cold start problem..

I am having the same problems but it is with a 1991, What are the HT leads and/or King lead?
