Please Help, 3rd time asking power steering Q

i get a bit of a squeaking it sounds like sometimes when i turn my wheel, my power steering fluid is where it should be, what could be causing this noise? Could it be my power steering pump going?

If its making alot of noise when you turn the wheels and the oil is at the proper level, then perhaps it could be going. although, some steering pumps do get a bit noisy overtime and dont need replacing.
