'98 Taurus Code PO411

I just diagnosed my '98 Taurus w/ code PO411, Secondary Air Injection System-Incorrect Flow. Does anyone know anything about this code? Cost to fix? Can I do it myself w/ limited mechanical abilities? Any details would be appreciated....
