keep 94 gt or get a 95 gt?

Well I'm wondering what I should do. I have a 94 gt with the 2.3 quad 4 high output engine. But it's having some problems such as the new alternator, sunroof leaking and a slight exhaust problem, the window arms being bent so I have to help it roll up, it needs a new sensor in the gas tank, and there is a problem withh the blinkers and it like draining the battery a little more than it should and the engine is sluggish. Now as far as I know the 95 gt is the sedan with the 3.1. The engine I'm told is newer, about 80,000 miles on it just put in. Driver side window needs to be fixed but he said he's going to fix it. And there is a rattling the back, probably the muffler. He says the car is guaranteed to pass inspection and it has a 30 day warranty. Reputation wise i hear the shop is pretty good. My car has about 114k on it and the other has about 117k. Any recommendations? I've heard both good and bad things about the 95 model.
