Replace Rear Wheel Stud?

I recently replaced the rear brake shoes on our 98 3.8 windstar which now has 91,000 miles. I found that one of the rear wheel studs on the passenger side is damaged most likely from overtightening and stretching.
My question is therefore does anyone know if the single stud can be removed and replaced or do I need to obtain a replacement hub assembly?

Yes you can replace just one stud. Buy it at your local auto parts store. Press (pull) it in by using a lug nut put on backwards with a washer inbetween if you wish. A little oil will help the nut turn
