tire inflation monitor?

I can't remember the trick for turning off the tire inflation monitor. something like press gas pedal thrice with key in the ignition or turn lights on and off.

Re: tire inflation monitor?

Close. Its pull the light switch out to parking lights and push all the way back in three times fast. On the third push you should hear a beep, this should reset the tire inflation monitor.

preciate the advise. I normally do reset it through the radio but for some reason it didn't have (reset tire) when I scrolled through the options. And the weird thing is it said fob prog. ,fob horn, and some other stuff i've never seen on that menu. I don't have a fob alarm thing anyway.

alright, I tried turning off the parking lights three times. didn't hear a chirp and it didn't reset it. and I tried it with the car off, keys in the ignition turned to acc. , and with the car running. and it still didn't work. I also tried doing the same pushing in gas pedal. any suggestions please. another question. I have the base model (s) with fancy radio with amp. blue interior, etc. If I get a fob remote. can i program it thru radio. Or is that for the LS model only. Back to low tire pressure light. how come my radio used to have the reset on the display settings and now it doesn't?
