Flashing Lights and Door Lock problem

This past weekend my battery went dead on my 1998 Grand Voyager because the key was left on, it sat for a day before I jumped it. The power locks no longer work and the switches for the rear wiper, defroster, a/c etc are flashing. What do I need to do or where do I need to go for help. Thanks for the input.

you need to run the calibration tests on the blend doors and it will probably fix this.
1. Set blower to high.
2. Set mode position so that it blows out the front vents only.
3. Set temp to cold.
4. Depress the Wash and Wipe simultaneuosly for 5 seconds until all lights turn on.
5. All leds will turn on for 5 seconds.
6. Test is running when wipe and wash are alternately flashing .
7. end of test the wiper button should be flashing , push wiper button to exit test Report

As far as the locks try pulling the IOD fuse in the power dist. center for 20 seconds under the hood in front of the battery.
