Question clutch install gone bad i think!

ok I got a 94 civic lx with a d15b my clutch went out so I bought a clutch kit everything went well till I got every thing back together now I got a whole car vibration only when I am on the throttle! Its bad like all 4 tires are out of balance but I know its not the tires! I tripple checked everything including the mounts, all are in good shape and tight all 5. Is there any special way the flywheel goes back on because I just bolted it back on. could that be it? Any ideas are thankful in advanced!

Who makes the clutch disk, did you change the throwout bearing or pressure plate, and did you do anything to the flywheel?

Thoughts right off the top of my head are did you install the plate in the right direction, there is a front and back. Or maybe its chattering or you could have gotten grease or oil on one of the contact areas.

Re: clutch install gone bad i think!

no i did everything right i washed off both flywheel and pressure plate with alcohol so no grease and the clutch disk is in right. i tightened down all bolts in a star pattern to make sure i would not get any clutch clatter. and i got the clutch from o reilleys same as from autozone. i have done many of clutch's and this is a first. i put new piolt bering and throught bering in as well.

is your check engine light on since the swap? if it's only when you push the throttle it sounds to me like you did something wrong connecting everything back up?
