Flowmasters dual pipes/paint $$ cost

Are flowmasters dual pipes a good investment on a 1991 caprice (civilian) it originally has one pipe..........also about how much is a basic paint job for a 1991 caprice......?

dude i have the same car and ill tell you what i did to make it sound real nice for cheap, i left the stock pipe on but i cut off the cat (illagle) and the rear restrictor and swept the pipe out the side after the rear wheel, i also put on a flowmaster 40 seires and tossed the stock muffler, one last thing i put a chevy bowtie exaust tipe on it to chrome it up a bit. i only have one pipe and it sounds like a truck its real nice, dont get me wrong i would like to have louder but its still loud, if you are going to spend a little more cash then yes i would go with duels, but remember a flowmaster muffler ant cheap its about 75$ for one and if you went duel you would have to buy two.
