71 stang 1/4 mile
what would a stock 71 stang base coupe run in the 1/4 mile? it has a 302 2bbl carb on a 4bbl intake with duel glasspacks. C4 tranny.

Vortec V6. 4.3 liter CPI. ,2.5" catco cat, 2.5" cat back with flowmaster muffler split rear., 40 street series, 2 12" audiobahns in custom box,K&N CPI intake system. 71 Mustang coupe- project car. stock 302 with Cobra intake, holley 650dp, afco racing radiator, headman headers, msd distributor, 2.5" from the headers.C4 tranny with shift kit, Mach 1 body lay out. 90 cav, 2.2 tbi, gas getter. 99 chevy s10 zr2, 6" lift, duel exhaust. 5 speed.

what would it run with something like a holly 650 or 750?

 Those old cars really need lot of suspension work. If its just street tires, your just going to be spinning your wheels.

my plan is to keep the motor thats in it now and add things like a nice carb and headers and a nice breather. it already has a intake from a mustang cobra on it so for now i'm going to stick with it. i want a car thats decent at the track but it will mostly be used as a street car.
