1957 Thunderbird Engine Change

I have a 1957 Thunderbird. I want to put a 1992 4.6Liter engine with 5 speed transmission in it. Anyone have any experience, ideas etc?

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!! Build up up nice 312 and retain the value of the car.
