motor swap

i have a 1996 lx escort what engines will bolt straight in or how much work would it be to put a 1.8 mazda turbo motor into it

Any Mazda motor swap will require a lot of parts, time and labor. The only easy swap for you is the 97 2.0 SPI swap.
You need to use the search button to get more info, this question get's asked about once a week.
