Loud shacky noise when running

I took my jeep out last night and dfid a bit of offroading and now i get the sound like the transfer case is shaking when i start it and drive it but there hasent been any noticeable effect when i drive it. The noise sounds like its coming from under the drivers side of the jeep. I got under there to see if the t-case was loose but it was still as tight as ever. I also looked to see if I had a stick or something in the driveshaft but nothing there either. I am runnin out of ideas to check to see whats wrong although i guess there could be alot of mud on the drive shaft. If anyone has heard of anything like this or has any idea let me now. I also think that it can get fixed when i tske it to get some suspension work done on it cause Im getingit lifted and they have to mees with th t-case so if its that it should get fixed tuesday.
