6th Gen body kit question

I have a 02 Accord EX sedan and I am looking at buying a lip kit for the 98-00 sedan. How much work would it take to make it fit? I was told it wouldn't fit because the bumpers are different, but they don't look that different.

This is the kit.

A good body shop can get anything to fit any car but you'll spend way more than you would if you buy a kit that fits your car directly.

I haven't really seen much for a body kit that is a direct fit for the 02 sedan.
