Re: another heater problem

Did you check to see if the blend door is opening?
Are both hoses going to the heater core hot?

Check the steel heater hose coming out of the heater core going up the fire wall, they may be plugged. Ed

Re: another heater problem

Does your wagon have the EATC (Electronic Automatic Temperature Control) or the manual system with knobs? If you have the manual system, the only power should be for the blower motor and the illumination (which only have power with the lights on). The rest of the dials and knobs control either vacuum or cables.

I can get you the electronic diagrams for either system, but don't want to spend a bunch of time saving off the wrong ones.

Re: another heater problem

I am having the same type of problem with my 03 ses. I thought that the therm knob actually had a problem since I jiggled it and the heat came on. But not anymore. What is the blend door? I know i probably sound like an idiot but I haven't done much with cars.
