door panel removal

i need to get to the window lift motor in my 2000 grand prix but can't get the door panel off.
there appears to be something behind the door handle but i can't tell if it requires a special tool. Any help ? Thanks

btw, pry out the "power options switch panel" from the upper part. if you do it from the rearward part, you're going to break a clip and have to get a new one like I did
