92 dx hatch won't start

got this problem with my hatch....again. it is acting like it doesnt want to turn over but then itll start right up. yesterday went to move it and of course it acts like it doesnt want tot start. makes all the tell tell signs of a dead battery...starter clicking, slow turn over of starter, lights dim....everything. i needed to move it so i popped it in neutral and let ir roll backwards and the starter starts to spin a little more freely. then i cut the wheels, push it forward and then hop in a turn the key....bam fires right up with no hesistation. i dont understand what this problem is. i had trouble with it not wanting to start this summer but it was acting like it wasnt getting any fuel then. this is confusing me and i am about 3 steps away from selling the car and getting something else. any help is appreciated

new parts added since january- new battery, fuel filter, plugs, wires, oil and filter, o2 sensor, tires, exhaust.

If you're sure the starter is working fine, check all the electrical connections to the starter, including the grounds.
