hi again , if the spark is small on the spark plugs i tested all mof them, does it mean the distritbuter cap is faulty...i am still trying to start it...

Could mean anything is bad. Cap, rotor, ignitor/coil, plugs... The plugs need to be Denso, or NGK, or they'll get weak spark over time.
Replacing the cap & rotor would be a good idea. Should cost $15-$20usd to do that at a local autoparts store.
