Talking Making my base model into a bestie Impala

I'm new to the board, and I have had my Impala for little over a year. Its an 2003 BASE model. I don't understand options for todays car. My front seat has a 6 way power seat, but my rear seat doesn't fold down..... any logic there? No ABS on my car, and surly no TC no fog lights, no auto dimming, the only thing that seems to be a nice thing is wheel controls for cruise control, but non for the radio, and thats it.

Here is what I've done, and intend on doing... when the service decides to pay me more lol.

I just got seats off ebay! Gray leather power drivers seat, and manual passenger (passenger doesn't need power any way)

They are from a 2001 (I beleave) and have the option for the driver seat air bag, well the plug is on it, and I have yet to get under my carpet to really look, but is there a plug on my 03 for this?? I'd like to have it hooked up, can never be too safe.

-next thing is to get the windows tinted, keeps that darn sun from making my seats HOT
-Looking in to get a sunroof (not sure yet on a price of that)

Now I'm not sure on the order I shuld do things mabe you all can help with that...
-rims & tires (last year I put new tires with 100k mile warr. (got a good 70k left on them)
-Body kit
-lowering kit (not sure if I want the 2 drop or the 1)
-A factory spoiler
-A cool grill ( I think it was for the lsx)
-dual exaust
-Paint job (gloss black)
-Sport tail light treatment (vinal sticker)

Now here is were i don't know what would be "better"
the car has about 60K on it now, and I have the 3400, and nobody makes much of anything for this.

A few options for the 3.4
-get a turbo for about 5 grand, and possably have fitting issues
-buy another 3.4 (there cheep) and bore it, valve job, and do mod.s to the inside before out.
-buy a 3800 and the tranny (unless mine is good for it) and rebuild it, and rebuild the tranny for the power
-with the 3800 I have a easy turbo option, or I can do the supercharger.

I know the hole motor stuff is going to ve VERY COSTLY, but what the hell. Does anyone know what it all take to put in a 3.8 in my car that has the 3.4?

Lightbulb Any help

My little 3.4 is sad.. and today/ last night I found out how sad it really was. The motor is STOCK the only things changed on this motor to my knoledge is the oil and filters. What "can" be done to this motor? I would like to do mods little ones, and mabe some day the turbo or slaping in a 3800 (if possable) Or just rebuilding a 3.4.

So what is the best stuff that I can see a gain out off
-K&N filter (using stock air box) Or buy there set up
-new plugs
-bypass valve (not sure on what this is)
-getting headers and dual exaust
-better wires...

I don't know I'm used to old cars, and being able to do what I want to the motor and going with it. Not as if I could just slap on a 4 bal holly and hit the streets!!

A honda accord kicked my ass not sure if it was a 6 or a 4 but I don't care ither way, and also the newer than 03 cav. took me too, but I really was unawear that I was racing I think I could of had that one...
