new user, 1994 BMW advice

I'm new to the forum. I 'm not knowing who to send this question directly to?

I need help in regards to my 1994 BMW 325 series. My passenger electric seat will not go back in the upright poesession. I can hear the motor still running but the back of the seat does not move.
