HELP!! ABS light and brake pressure problems

93 jeep grand cherokee, 125k. ABS light is constantly on, and brake pressure is low. When having to come to a quick stop, normal brake light comes on as well. Also, i can hear a noise while pushing brakes that sounds like air escaping from hose etc. any help is appreciated.
