is there a way to reset the mileage on a 1994 3.8 bonny that has been rebuilt. I have had the heads and the rings redone . The mileage is in the driver info, I know that if I push the reset, it rests the trip but is there a way to reset the milage like shorting out two point in the Pc board for the info display.

Memory is in pcm memory chip, Not in the inst cluster, plus it is a federal violation to tamper with a speedo!

Speedometer tell the milage of the car as a whole....i had a Nissan..rebuilt motor, transmission and suspension...i would like to have reset it too, since the car was like new, but like stated it is illegal and unethical.
