96 accord headlight problem

Right head light, as soon as I turn the lights on high beam light comes out both of them (R and L), left headlights works fine. And about the high beam, it's pretty dim, and I turn on high beam, right headlights side has no lights! One more symptom is that I checked fuse box for right headlight, and it was blown 20A so I put new one in, and turn lights on, then the fuse blew right off!

I need somebody's wisdom!

Can somebody help me?

Thanks for reading this matter!

Jim,

Thanks for your knowledge!

You mentioned "short" and "switch" Are you talking about one in fuse box as in lightning relay???

Will you get back to me???

Thanks for your time and wisdom!

Well you say the fuse blows right out when you replaced it im no electrician but to me this can only be that either the headlight switch has a problem or the wires in the system for the fuse to blow the system has to pulling more amps then the fuse
