92 prelude Brake light problem, pls help

Hello and thanks in advance.
My brake lights are out on my prelude and have checked everything i can to find the problem. I checked the fuse panel under the steering wheel and the panel in the engine side. I have check the brake light switch under the brake and even installed a new one. I can not figure out why they are not working.
It feels like there is another fuse somewhere that i can not find, any others that i dont see?
Any info would be great, thanks
