fire, burned stuff, and emissions control

hey, my car burned up pretty badly after a fuel line and an injector seal blew and caught fire..... all my wiring is fine. but my vacume lines are gone as well as the spark plug wires, throttle cable, alternator belt, fuel line and injector seal. i was wondering, where can i pick up new injector seals. havent seen too many of them. well, none really... my question is, can a california 924S pass emissions if the EGR is removed? cause theres alot of power to be gained there, aswell as weight reduction. not to mention i wont have a bunch of lines and hoses running all over the place... well, not as many....

thanks for any help
