oil pressure gauge

how do i install a mechanical oil pressure gauge on a 99 integra LS. The instructions suck something terrible.

tap into oil pressure sending unit hole, run line to gauge. find a hot and ground. connect hot and ground.

thats basic.

it would be wise to use use bspt instead of npt for the oil pressure sending unit hole.

It would be even wiser to use an electrical oil pressure guage. I've seen too many times where the line kinks or breaks going to the guage and you end up with one hell of a mess in the car.

true, that nylon crap really sucks. ive had that problem twice.

run a copper or stainless line to the gauge.
