vibration
What is causing vibration on acceleration that stops when coasting? Both half axels have been replaced with original parts.

I would first check to see if you have a loose engine or transmission mount causing your engine & transaxle assy to pivot too much.

It may not be related but my 96 experienced interior tread separation that caused bad vibrations. Ended up having three of the four tires replaced over the course of a year.

Re: vibration
Any progress on this issue, I'm having the same problem. It start vibrating around 30 thru 45 and does not occur while coasting. I'm going to change my front tires to see if it help, they need chsning anyway. how does interior tread separation cause vibration ?

I started this: Learned today that my van's problem is the transmission - when the pan was dropped it was clear that work is needed. Guess $ 600-1,800. Waiting for final number. Hal |
