Radar???

I went to court today about 2 speeding tickets. And won! It saved me$300. So I am thinking of getting a radar.

Which ones really work?
Brand, Kind and cost

Eh.. if you want to feel better, then YES get a radar.. if you dont have the money and are cocky enough. Then DONT buy one.. Radars though, from what I have learned arent really that useful.. I mean sure they're bright with their colors and all and can keep you awake with their annoying sounds but IMO its not really worth it.

i paid 50.00 for mine and it saved me from atleast 3 tickets so it was well worth it in my case.

Its gonna be wired into the fuse panel and hidden in the plastic cover. I will instal a switch and a light.

What brands are the best? Iam willing to pay $300 at the most. Or if i get two different ones to protect against for all the guns that police have.

Also i want a device that would flip my plate number with a switch. I am running lotsa red lights and dont wanna get photo radar to get my plate number.

The thing would have a spring and an electric motor from a headlight assebley. And the side of the plate would say "FUCK YOU". How about that?

How about you learn to drive and stop running red lights? Who do you think you are, James Bond? It sucks you beat those tickets, you should have paid for them. It's people like you who make my insurance so god damn high.

I mean yeah you're a fellow Camaro owner, but dude that's giving the rest of us Camaro owners a bad reputation.. why dont you just learn to obey the law and stop running red lights.. about speeding though I do it and im sure all of here do it so I wont tell you nothing there..

I'm pretty sure he's talking about running the light while its changing... which we all do.... there is a delay on the lights anyways so you'd never have to worry about hitting someone..... drive enough in the city and you will speed through a fair shair of lights....

Wow, this thread turned hostile pretty quick, I agree though if you drive fast so much that you NEED a radar detector SLOW THE F*CK DOWN. If you can't you deserve the tickets and deserve to pay for them. As for running red lights, it's dangerous not matter what and even if you enter the intersection when it's yellow and leave when it's red they'll give you a ticket I know I got one a long time ago. However, if you do it so much that you need to Al Capone you lincense plates you shouldn't be driving at all, much less a camaro...
