Headlights and Console lights out >,<

Hello! and thanks in advance for answering my question<s>.

I haven't had this problem until tonight but i got into my car and my headlights and dashboard lights aren't coming on. Brake lights are fine, parking lights working fine, dome light ok, and blinkers workin. I've checked all my fuses and none are bad.. I've lost my owners manual so maybe there's something i've overlooked. Any help or advice would be greatly obliged. Also, there are 2 larger <what i assume to be fuses> on the upper right hand side of the fuse box, but im not sure how to check if their possibly blown or not.

It's a 1996 GrandAm SE w/ a 4cyl engine.
