Ok! here is my cool idea
I want to have a CB type Radio, like cops use, well at least the microphone part

Then i want to hook it to a outdoor, waterproof speaker under my hood
From there, you can shout, n yell without the need of a horn

Best way to go about that? or anyone done something similar (lol doubt it)

it was funny, stand outside of schools at lunchtime and go on and on


but yah it can be done i dunno how thou =(

Most Cb's have a speakerphone or megaphone mode to wear everything you say in to the mic. comes out of the CB speaker, you could replace the Cb speaker with some kind of horn off of one of those cheap alarms or something and put it under the hood. And if you wanted to use the CB you could just unplug the horn and plug in a speaker. That's the only thing I can think of, it can probably be done another way though.

you should do it like that movie Better Off Dead where the two asian dudes ride around and race people and have the speakers on the roof of their car. That part is funny...
