are all obd1 fuel inejctors the same

i know that all obd1 are interchangeable but is there a difference like the cc number, between integra ls, integra gsr, civics etc...?

The sizes are different, as far as the number of cc's. I couldn't tell you if the plugs are the same, but it will fit in the fuel rail.

All I can find online is that the b-series and d-series are both 240cc.

240cc. obd1 and obd0 injectors are interchangable. obd2s are not. difference is in the clips. obd0s will require a resistor box.
